Take time looking through handmade quilts and beautiful rustic designs in bedding, throws, and wall hangings. My hand crocheted coverlets, intricate pinecone lace designs in table runners, placemats and curtains are sure to brighten your home. We can offer you Wooded River and Denali bedding with custom measuring if you like, along with luxury bed sheets and towels embroidered in moose, bear, and pinecones. Our woven placemats, runners, tablecloths, napkins, potholders and embroidered dishcloths will look great in your cabin or city kitchen. Cool nights need a warm blanket or throw and we have a big selection of mountain designs to pick from.
Our fragrance cupboard has soothing lotions, body wash and soaps in soft scents that will help relax and calm you from the stresses of the world you left behind. Do you need a fragrant candle to give a room a special touch? We have local candle makers who have the perfect scents of the Adirondack Mountains to remind you of your visit. How about taking home some local maple syrup, honey, jams and jellies or a traditional balsam bag filled with aromatic needles from the North Country as a keepsake? Hand stitched and framed samplers are a favorite with thoughtful sayings that will touch your heart or make you smile.
Hunting through the large selection of handmade rag rug baskets in rainbow colors has been a tradition for our customers over the years and you'll have fun digging through the pile to find just the right one to show off your favorite recipe. Purses! Purses! Purses! We always love a new purse and we have a great selection for you to choose from in rich quilted patterns or fine leathers along with matching wallets. Our jewelry is a blending of nature with silver, crystals, stones, beads and charms reflecting the Adirondack Mountains. Many designs have gentle messages of encouragement, love, faith, or protecting our environment.
Our baby area has adorable soft toys in nursery rhymes and tooth fairy pillows, teddy bears and moose to cuddle. Choose a beautiful keepsake baby quilt for a new mother, grandmother or friend. Perhaps a whimsical bear or moose sleeping bag along with a cuddly bear and a flashlight in his paw will help your little camper have sweet dreams. Folks of all ages love my " looks so real " butterfly garden, birch bark vases and baskets filled with mountain wild flowers. Have a seat in one of our handmade hickory rockers and you'll definitely want to take one home because it will fit just right! Our eco-friendly "recycled" Adirondack chairs and rockers are great for outdoor comfort on your patio or outdoor cedar rockers. Intricate, hand woven willow settees and fancy side chairs are a wonderful addition to your lodge great room or covered porch. Our wood working shop also makes beautiful, natural finish eastern red cedar Adirondack and Westport chairs along with traditional painted colors. Traditional pine Adirondack chairs are made locally and are boxed and ready to go!
